3. Copy of Iqama/Saudi ID. It must be translated into English.
4. Copy of passport
5. 4×6 Colored Photo (2)
6. Employment letter attested by Chamber of Commerce
7. Bank Statement for the past 6 months
8. Hotel Booking
9. Roundtrip ticket reservation
10. Payment receipt from SAMBA Bank of 30USD
11. Personal appearance for an interview in Riyadh at the time of your appointment

Fee: 30 USD to be paid through SAMBA Bank and it must be hard copy. They do not accept a screenshot of online payment or ATM Payment

Personal Experience: I had a quick interview and they requested an additional document after my interview. Fortunately, they accepted the document via email instead of having to courier it to Riyadh. I received my Visa shortly after I sent the requested document.
