Note: Documents need to be sent to Embassy of Tanzania in Riyadh. The consulate in Jeddah can do this with a fee of 300 SAR or you can send it through a friend/DHL under your own expense.

Personal Experience: Since I live in Jeddah, I sent my documents through a friend who was traveling to Riyadh. The process takes 1 day if you submit it in the morning.
